Personally, I don't, and that suits me really, but then that means I don't get paid for the holidays.
I sometimes think though, that working in the holiday, when you're not having to serve classrooms, must be really useful to crack on with those jobs that you never get round to doing and don't start because you know you'll not have the time do them properly/finish them. It certainly must make for a more organised and effective department.
