Flooring in labs

Hi all

Just wondering what type of flooring you all have down in your labs.

I got to see our new labs and classrooms last week and the flooring seems to be wood laminate (I didn't notice what was in the prep room) and I can't get my head around how that is going to react to liquid spills as a whole and in particular corrosive chemical spills.

Any experience?
